For over 10 years, the ensemble, currently consisting of 16 members and led by Pankow ukulele activist Daniel Friedrichs, has stood for a surprising mix of styles and fearless medleys across pop music history.

Excursions into classical music are usually rather short and sooner or later lead to a song that no one would have suspected at that point. Maurice Ravel meets the Sugar Babes and Deep Purple go samba dancing.
