Literatur LIVE

Great debate topic! The feisty and quick-witted author duo denounces: Women take care of everything and get in return - nothing. Why women in midlife usually get the short end of the stick - a book full of anger, fighting spirit and confidence!

Women keep the house running, take care of children and relatives. They invest a lot in relationships and also want to be successful in their careers. They fight on all fronts and still lose. Especially in midlife, more and more marriages and partnerships break up. The ones left out in the cold are those who have cut back on their careers to take care of their children: Women. Politicians merely shrug their shoulders and refer to the legal situation - instead of finally taking the reality of women's lives seriously. Caring and taking responsibility for others must finally be recognized and given social security. Women are different from men, and it is the female principle that holds society together.

An event by Literatur LIVE in cooperation with the Penguin publishing house and the Thalia bookstore.
