tactile tour for people with and without visual impairments at the Forum Willy Brandt Berlin

On Sunday, February 26, 2023, an exciting guided tour for blind, visually impaired and sighted people will take place in the permanent exhibition of the Forum Willy Brandt Berlin. Democracy, freedom and peace were among the core political values and goals that the former Governing Mayor, German Chancellor and Nobel Peace Prize laureate championed throughout his life.

Brandt's contribution to reconciliation with Germany's eastern neighbors, his commitment to the unification of Europe and to German unity are milestones in postwar history.

Using various tactile objects, audio examples and detailed object descriptions, speaker Anja Winter will take you on a journey through Willy Brandt's varied life and political work.
