Asita Djavadi as Edith Piaf and Dietmar Horcicka as Jacques Brel are back in Berlin after their great successes in the past years. Together with their longtime colleague and musical director Jan Röck at the piano, they take their audience into the world of love, sadness and happiness. Songs, lyrics and dialogues give an insight into the thoughts of the two music makers. At first it seems like a meeting of two opposites. But the music connects them. Jaques Brel wrote the chanson "Je m'en remets à toi" for Edith Piaf.

This evening symbolically recreates a possible meeting between Edith Piaf and the Belgian chansonnier Jacques Brel. The two never met in reality, but this concert asks the question: what if...?
