Kilian Nauhaus has been working as a church musician at the French Friedrichstadt Church in Berlin since 1987. Nauhaus studied church music in Halle (Saale) and has made a name for himself through a wide range of concert activities. He has performed not only throughout Germany, but also in numerous other countries.
He has also become known through radio, television and CD recordings as well as as an essayist and author. In 2010, the church leadership of the Berlin-Brandenburg Regional Church awarded him the title of "Church Music Director". Since 2022 he has also worked as senior organist at the Marienkirche on Alexanderplatz.
