Mondnacht

Abendöffnung des Belvedere

When the sun sets over Belvedere Castle and the full moon appears, it is a feast for the senses. The Italian architecture of King Frederick William IV is bathed in warm evening light, and when the moon is reflected in the pool of water, bats quietly make their rounds. When it gets darker, the palace courtyard, colonnades and arcades are atmospherically illuminated.

Address
Belvedere Potsdam

14469  Potsdam

From the palace towers you can experience the evening Potsdam, the Havel lakes and the filling starry sky. With pleasant music and a glass of wine, this is the perfect end of the week for those who like it relaxed and romantic!

Note:
On September 4th, the URANIA Planetarium will provide a telescope for sky observation on a clear day. Employees of the planetarium are guests and bring the moon down to earth: Take a look through the telescope and - accompanied by professional explanations - get to know the moon in a completely new way. In addition, even more distant celestial objects are visible: Saturn and Jupiter shine brightly in the evening sky. Their sight through the telescope is an impressive experience.

The members of the Pfingstberg Support Association offer wine, beer, water and hearty pastries.
Technical music support: Phaselinear (www.phaselinear.de)
