A spontaneous concert visit to the Philharmonie, with no admission charge - from September to June this is possible every Wednesday at 1 p.m. For 40 to 50 minutes, visitors can expect a varied program: from chamber music and piano works to percussion duos - from Tchaikovsky to tango, there is something for everyone.
Members of the Berlin Philharmonic or the Karajan Academy are often on stage, complemented by guests from the Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester, the Staatskapelle Berlin or the Berlin music academies. Accompanying the lunch concert, catering is offered from 12 p.m. until shortly before the start, providing high-quality food at affordable prices.
