The panel discussion will discuss the goals and intentions of the Nazi regime in Ukraine. The situation of the victims of war and occupation will also be addressed. The focus of the discussion will be on the question of Ukraine's specific place in the history of the Second World War. The question will also be asked how a future commemoration of war and occupation could be designed in the case of Ukraine.
