In May 2023 Fredda's new album Phosphène was released. In this country, the Parisian Fredda is one of the most established singers of the Nouvelle Scène Française. A generation that has cleared out and dusted off the chanson genre - and helped it to new splendor.

With her new album "Phosphène" Fredda brings a previously unknown tempo into play, one experiences a singer in top form, light-hearted, spontaneous, varied. Her joy in working with a young band is palpable everywhere.
After a phase of quiet and poetic songs, the album seems like a liberation and a reminiscence of her own youth. Of course, with her seventh album she remains true to her distinctive sound, which always includes a melancholic and romantic touch.
On Tuesday, June 13, 2023 FREDDA plays at the Maschinenhaus of the Kulturbrauerei.
