MUSIC AT THE COURT OF MARGARET OF AUSTRIA (1480-1530)
The ensemble mainly takes care of the contrasting repertoire of vocal ensemble music from the Middle Ages, Renaissance and Baroque life. The high-contrast program of chamber music performances offers a wide range of themes from Renaissance polyphony to sacred music of the Counter-Reformation or the secular music of the Italian early baroque to exotic baroque music from South America. A special focus is on rarely performed works by early music composers.
