The experience also includes pranayma, a yogic breathing technique, to fully absorb the benefits of the clear, pure and healing forest air. Forest bathing is also silence. During your time together in the forest, there is no talking - only listening. The goal is to immerse oneself in nature with all one's thoughts and senses and gradually come to oneself and find peace.
