As part of the supporting program, the theater is showing the film adaptation of Zeldin's play "LOVE", the second part of the trilogy "The Inequalities", which was already shown as a theater production at FIND 2022. Zeldin filmed his play himself for the BBC in 2018. The film, like the play, takes place in an emergency shelter for people who have become temporarily homeless.

Shortly before Christmas, various people meet here in the common room between the tea kitchen and the washrooms: a middle-aged man who is looking after his elderly mother, a young family with two children and the pregnant mother and a woman from Sudan. With great attention to psychologically precise detail, the production observes how these people get closer to each other in a very small space.

Afterwards there will be a conversation with Alexander Zeldin about the film, the trilogy and his theater work.
