Symphonic wind music, classical music and pop music

The Construction and Infrastructure Wind Orchestra Netherlands is a symphonic wind orchestra. The orchestra is associated with construction and infrastructure. Some of the members are employed in the industry.

The 55 members come from all over the country. The orchestra rehearses 10 Saturdays a year in Harderwijk. Musical director since its foundation in 1981 is Dick Teunissen.

The orchestra plays three to four concerts a year, concert tours have already taken them to Switzerland, England, Germany, Hungary, Austria and France.

The repertoire is versatile. In addition to music originally written for symphonic wind orchestra and arrangements of classical music, light music such as musical and film music is also played.
