The likeable Franconian reveals many tricks from star cuisine that also work at home. Of course, the two hours are spent cooking to your heart's content: e.g. the perfect steak with a "guarantee of success", the best duck as a whole from the oven and Alexander Herrmann's favourite dish: the best of all meatballs. All the movements are transmitted on a large screen. So nobody misses the small, but fine tricks, with which one produces much taste with little expenditure. The cook entertainer clarifies the most important technical points so clearly that the spectators can prepare the dishes themselves after the show and apply what they have learned to other recipes.
