A murderously black comedy from Dogberry&Probstein

London, 1907. If there's one thing Victor Lopez hates, it's injustice. Now he is in prison. Sure, he has a lot on his plate, but he didn't commit the murder for which he is to be executed the next morning. Blatant injustice.

His executioner thinks so too, even if he is extremely happy to finally have a real blue-blooded man under the guillotine. Although Victor grew up in poor circumstances, he comes from the famous noble Gascoyne family on his mother's side.

Criminally ignored by his relatives, Victor dreamed of being able to call himself Count Gascoyne since his childhood, not least in order to impress his childhood sweetheart Sibella. So he decided to help his luck a little and cleverly and with a lot of imagination got rid of one relative after the other.

Between the executioner and the delinquent, a passionate debate ensues among experts about the diverse art of making someone's life easier until finally the morning dawns.
