Since March 2019, the restaurant has sharpened its profile and placed Berlin at the centre of its kitchen philosophy - as a cosmopolitan city with many multicultural influences.
Chef Silvio Pfeufer and managing director and sommelier Ivo Ebert - both born in Berlin - answer the question "What is Berlin?" on a culinary level. They work closely with producers from Berlin and the surrounding area to create a delicious menu with the taste of Berlin.
