Café Nullpunkt

Coffee enjoyment in a lofty atmosphere

Until 1912 the observatory built by master builder Karl Friedrich Schinkel stood here at Fromet-und-Moses-Mendelssohn-Platz. Today the ground plan, marked with black stone, is reminiscent of the historic building, which extends into the open loft of Café Nullpunkt. A lot of sunlight floods through the generous glass fronts, which is reflected golden in the elongated brass bar. Wooden elements complement the modern flair with a pleasant touch of warmth and cosiness.

Enjoy freshly prepared coffee specialities, Gaiwan tea and a varied selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Gluten-free options can also be found on the weekly lunch menu. On Thursdays the café will be open for after-work drinks with live music and performances until 9 pm.
