For those who don't want to cook themselves, BonAppetour also has something to offer. You book a place at a communal table for 12 people. Because it's so delicious, Estelle Dining celebrates Thanksgiving with five days of special treats. For lunch on Wednesday, you can expect pumpkin soup, catnut dumplings and turkey confit, which means cooked in its own fat. Thursday lunch features turkey schnitzel, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce, and Friday's menu includes "Left Over" sandwiches with turkey, smoked cheese, kale and potato rolls. Of course, nothing beats the classic Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday evening from 6pm: look forward to turkey with chestnut stuffing, caramelised pumpkin and apple pie sundae. This year, the New York delicatessen is serving Thanksgiving turkey next door at Quasi Quasi. The turkey is served with traditional celery and mushroom stuffing. It comes with Brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes, biscuits and cranberry sauce. The menu also includes cream of pumpkin soup, salad and Bourbon Orange Pecan Pie. Please pre-order!

Tip 10: Here you can buy canned pumpkin and other US products in Berlin
Oreos, peanut butter and many other US foods are now available in every supermarket. But some things are still hard to find: Canned pumpkin, for example, or cranberry juice. You can get these and especially lots of traditional sweet stuff at the two Americanfood4u branches on Kudamm or in the Alexa shopping mall, or at American Livestyle in Tempelhof (Attilastraße 177).

Tip 11: Let Miss Kimchi treat you with delicacies
Actually, Fräulein Kimchi is known for Korean fusion street food. For Thanksgiving, however, they make an exception - and put the turkey in the oven. Alternatively, you can order vegan lentil nut bread. It comes with mashed potatoes, cranberry relish and a side dish of your choice. You can have Thanksgiving dinner delivered or pick it up yourself.
